Barut Hemera - Ultra All Inclusive

Very nice resort with beautiful pools and beach, and also amazing food and drinks. Rooms are amazingly clean and restocked daily. The resort’s gardens are kept beautifully maintained.

Soundproofing is not very good with very disrespectful guests being loud in the hallways late at night, allowing kids screaming also late at night, and slamming doors. Wish they would separate families from couples would be nice.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. The food was amazing and the beach and swimming pools were very clean and relaxing.

Bathroom was a bit small and room was a bit small for 3 people

We have stayed at this hotel several times already, and each visit has been just as wonderful as the last. The service is excellent, the team is always attentive and polite, and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Everything is well organized, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We truly enjoy coming back here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel, and once again we are very happy with our experience! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere makes us feel at home. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, full of flora and fauna. The array of food offered across several restaurants was impressive and available literally 24/7. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We liked the service and the food variety. We liked the green environment on the hotel territory.

It was uncomfortable carrying drinking water from the street. It would be nice to have water dispensers in rooms or next to the rooms.

I liked everything- staff in reception is super helpful- the greenest hotel ever- service and waiters on top- excellent food- animation- values- sandy beach though there were some rocks under water in some places

- queen size beds- kid's club staff could've been more engaging. My son doesn't like playing himself and we had to stay there and play with him all the time, while we actually wanted to leave him. But there was not much engagement from the staff. It was way better in Lara Barut

The biggest issue are hidden stones while entering the sea and you can easily injure your feet. Minor inconvenience: Drinks at the resort are not very good - not balanced and too sweet. In mojito there is lemon instead of limes and almost no mint..

We had an amazing stay at Barut Hemera! The food was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable, and the location is perfect — you can enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront promenade right from the hotel.We stayed as a big group with kids, and the hotel turned out to be an ideal place for a family gathering. There’s everything you need for a great family holiday — beautiful pools, kids' activities, and well-thought-out infrastructure that makes traveling with children easy and enjoyable.A special thank-you to the hotel staff for their kind and professional help when we forgot some of our daughter’s toys in the room. We are especially grateful to Ümmü from the front office management team for the care and support in helping us get them back. It meant a lot to us and to our little one!Highly recommend Barut Hemera for anyone traveling with family — we would love to come back again!

Staff at reception. Deserts in the main restaurant. Decent drink menu in the bars (few single-malt choices). Good coffee at the coffee place. Good beach nearby.

Hotel is a bit outdated, especially public areas does not look nice. Main restaurant is very dark and not relaxing: always busy, noisy and staff was not attentive. Very boring game area with just one table tennis spot (with broken rackets). Outdoor areas are not really cozy & relaxing and provide no privacy. In general, it was nothing to do in the hotel except having a meal. Nothing to see outside the hotel either: the only entertainment is the walking beach route to old Side (which is nice for the first two times). Evening concerts were not up to my taste.

The hotel is in a nice location, with a sandy beach (though be mindful of a few large rocks beneath the waves). The grounds are well maintained, and the food offers a decent variety.

The room was infested with massive cockroaches, and the staff’s response was shockingly inadequate. I booked a family room and arrived a day before the rest of my family. That first night, I saw two huge cockroaches and reported it immediately. Their “solution” was to spray chemicals and tell me to come back in 30 minutes, at 10 PM, after a long flight. Only after insisting did they offer a small temporary room for the night.When I returned to the original room to grab my things, even more cockroaches were crawling on the walls and furniture. I was horrified. I reminded the staff that my family was arriving at 8 AM and we needed a clean, pest-free room. The next morning at 7 AM, I asked if the room had been cleaned, they casually said the cleaning crew wouldn’t arrive until 8. Nothing had been done. My exhausted family had to wait while the staff told us to “check back after breakfast.” I paid thousands for that stay.Later they offered another family room, but it was smaller and in the same building, so we declined. Housekeeping only came around noon, right when my family was trying to rest. It showed a total lack of care.The next night was even worse. My brother woke up with a cockroach crawling on his hand. We found more in the room. I went to reception at night and was told to check back in the morning to see what rooms might be available. While I was gone, my mom had killed another one. Someone came to clean, but just swept up the corpses with a dry mop, didn’t even wipe the floors. When I returned at 9 AM, I was told again to “come back at noon.”Later that day, we were finally moved to a different room of the same size in another building on a higher floor, and we didn’t encounter any more cockroaches for the rest of our stay. However, I was still deeply disappointed, not just by the infestation, but even more so by the staff’s response. They were completely unprepared to handle basic issues or provide adequate customer service.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, it was clear that every effort was being made to ensure we had an exceptional experience. Having stayed at numerous places around the world, I can confidently say that Barut Hemera stands out as the most respectful resort — not only toward its guests, but also toward the environment and its dedicated staff. I was truly impressed by the outstanding quality of service, and I have never felt so genuinely valued and special during a stay.

Still, very good and stylish hotel. I like the way they keep a relaxing calm atmosphere. Food is great, although breakfast is a little repetitive. Our room was a disappointment. We had stay downstairs next to cleaning storage. Noisy early in the mornings and no view from the small balcony.

I loved everything about the property, I don’t think I even experienced all the resort had to offer; it was a big place in my opinion. The food offering was decent and available at all times, the drinks were good too. Staff were so attentive and helpful. I can’t fault anything about my stay. I would return.

Had a pleassure to stay at Barut Hemera for 10 days and already planning another visit. The hotel is amazing, garden, bars, rooms, swiming pools, restaurants everything is TOP level. The staff is amazing everyone is smiling, speaking multiple languages are very hospitable and welcoming. Every single staff member was very nice to us, especially i should mention Baran and Gaye at lobby bar and i think the his name Okan "the ice throwing magician" at the beach bar :)))Loved everything about this hotel. Fresh food everyday, few times a day, wide selection of drinks. And whats important, nice and clean enviroment with very professional and friendly staff. I have recommended this hotel to my friends, and will be coming back soon!Thank you guys for life lasting experience! Im brave to say its my best stay so far, and ive been to hundred hotels in multiple countries!Paulius.

The staff and service was amazing from start to finish, everything was clean and the food was delicious. We were there for our honeymoon and loved the surprises the hotel had for us. They also have the cutest cats!

The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. The food and drink selection is brilliant, always something different to try and different food outlets. The hotel is also extremely clean.

Our rooms were in a noisy square, with people being loud in the early hours. I’d request a room away from the main building when I return.

5th time at Barut Hemera together with family and friends. Appreciate the recent improvements: larger cliffs removed from the sea water entrance at the beach. Better availability of beach/pool towels. Warmer water in the inner pool: close to 28-29C instead of 26C earlier.Eco concept with recycled glass bottles for the water instead of plastic.

Kindly remove ALL the big cliffs in the water close to the hotel beach. Thank you.Wine offering quality - both table wines served as part of all inclusive and the ones à la carte - needs an upgrade, in my opinion. No steps have been made in the last 2 yrs in that direction.However, this input, as usual, is moaning at a high level.
